LAMCO is a property management company that deals with Rural Development apartments. At this time, we manage North Main Place, The First Place and Northview Place Apartments in McPherson, and Country View Apartments in Moundridge.

Our office is located at 111 E. Marlin, McPherson, Kansas. Office hours are from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. If you happen to try to contact us when business takes us out of the office, please leave a message for us regarding why you called or came by. The phone number is (620) 241-2315. There is an answering machine available for your phone messages. Please leave a message on the machine. In case of emergency, call the police and/or fire department (McPherson is on the 911 system).

We also have an office at North Main Place, 1492 N Main, McPherson, Kansas. We are in and out of that office during the day. It is also used by our maintenance vendors. Please don't disturb maintenance people, they can't show apartments.
